A NEW BEGINNING

  New year a new beginning,

Kick start with new inning,

with your loved beings,

and a mind full of dreams.

Don't worry and don't ever cry,

until you succeed just try try try,

try to laugh and spread a smile,

coz the world changes within a while.

Don't overstretch and fall apart,

it all rocks with a new start,

just play your part,

with clear mind and gracious heart.

   HAPPY AND GLORIOUS NEW YEAR TO ALL READERS!!! I tried to write a poetry shown above.It depicts the moral behind writing this blog. We often hear from many peoples that "How we behave, what we do on the 1st day of the year (some have extended it to a week!!!!), the whole year passes the same way." I never went too deep in it, but I follow what they say. The start of the year is the best time to make a new beginning as we look at life with renewed energy, zeal and enthusiasm which creates waves of positivity, joy  and celebrations across the planet.

    

    Be prepared for this year, both physically and mentally, take a habit you want to inculcate in you, for a practice do it for 30 days. Then watch on the 31st day it will be imbibed in you.  I just gave this example as peoples are expecting changes, but don't know the approach for it. So it depends on the goals. If you have study goals, practice it regularly, if you have fitness goals, exercise daily. For anything, Regularity and Discipline is important. So you can customize and design the plan according to your routine. Once you are into it, you start feeling enthusiastic as you are doing your scheduled work as well as this one. And after a certain span of time, you will see the results too.This is how the New Year will fetch you the goal you are craving for.
     
    May this new year bring peace, happiness and fulfillment to everybody and may each one of you be a beacon of bright hope and optimism. In case we are meeting for the first time, Hi this is Tejas Joshi.
